This wonderfully modern 5 star accommodation sits on the quiet outskirts of Bath and the surrounding beauty of Solsbury Hill.

5 Star Self catering accommodation for holidays or celebrations,10 minutes from Historic Georgian Bath and the Cotswold hills. The accommodation stands in its own grounds and offers excellent amenity value from its south facing garden. Extensive views can be enjoyed out over the adjacent River Avon with its wildlife and meadows against the backdrop of Georgian Bath.
The coach-house dates from around 1600, it would have been used by traffic on route to London via the A4, horse driven traffic that is. Much of the charm and character remains from those times with exposed oak beams and Bath Stone walls, the old stage coach bays are still in place under the apartments.
Facilities
The Lower Floor comprises of a large chefs kitchen with range cooker, Microwave, Fridge freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and washing machine. The Large Dining room can comfortably seat 8 has direct access to the balcony , a perfect place for evening drinks.
The Lounge has two sofa's plus extra tub chairs, wide screen digital TV and DVD and HiFi. WiFi is also available upon request.
Internally the accommodation is arranged over two floors, the Upper floor has two master bedrooms both en-suite. Two further bedrooms, one twin and a further double share a master bathroom with whirlpool bath (shower over). All bedrooms have large French balcony and TV.
The apartment is Fully central heated and all bed linen and towels are provided. We do advise that the apartments have balconies at all levels which may not suit parties with small children.
Riverside is a Non smoking .We do allow well behaved pets by prior arrangement.
As an optional extra there is also a Large outdoor Hot-tub available to guests. Along side is a decking area which maybe used for barbecues. There is a spacious well maintained lawn and garden area with large teak table and seating for 8 people, perfect for out door eating during the warmer months.
For those who want to be catered for or just spoil themselves we can arrange for catering of the highest standard to come in and prep-food for you're party. There are also several good local pubs as well as the Village fish and chip shop & convenience store
